We begin in the midst of the song and dance number. Gene Wilder, as Dr. Frankenstein, is focused on his tap routine and singing the song. The monster is still just a beat or two behind, but is doing a very good job nonetheless. At one point Dr. Frankenstein pulls back his sleeves as though to say, nothing here. The monster does a similar motion. As the song comes to a bridge, it's time for an extended tap dance routine. This is where we take a moment to delve into the history of tap dancing. We close the minute out still in the middle of the Puttin on the Ritz routine.
